The 28 Day Little Black Dress Plan is eating focused food and training the mindset and body to be a better, healthier you.

The Wellness Anarchist wants to work with to be awesome, positive and healthy.   An exercise plan is in place should you want to incorporate small bursts of energy and exercise to boost better sleep and promote healthy approach to living well.

The Wellness Anarchist has been working with nutrition, fat loss, menopause, muscle gains, fitness and wellbeing for nearly 20 years. If one size fits all then would not be 100’s of thousands of books on the Amazon store right? Join in the Little Black Dress Community. We do this as a tribe.   This works with accountability and helps those of us who can be a little weak and distracted.

    I did this plan as I wanted to lose weight. It turned out it was much more as I gained confidence. I am sure that my new found confidence got me the job. The best is that I still choose to make better choi]ces about my health. I’m happy and so is my boyfriend. He lost weight too.

    Tough but good. I did this after listening to the wellness anichist at a networkimg event. It was the hardest this I have ever done but I lost inches. She told me not to weigh and that was fab. I was warned I would feel great and i still do.
